2020 Goals: Dreaming Big for a New Decade!
2019 was a year of so much learning and growth. It was everything I needed after a rough 2018 and I’m more excited than ever to keep the momentum going. I try to set a few goals each year and it is rare that I ever accomplish all of them, but I usually get one or two done. 2019 was the year I accomplished a hell of a lot more than I initially thought, and it was so important for me to look back on it because I struggled so hard to get here. Grandma's Marathon - What I Learned This Cycle + Goals For Race Day
Wow, wow, wow. I can’t believe its finally race week! Agh this training cycle has gone on forever, but that’s what happens when you feel like you need more time to get back to distance. I learned so much this training cycle, and while I’ve still got a few days left before its over and I’m sure I will have lots of post-race reflections, I wanted to take a minute to share a few of those things with you along with my goals for race day.
