Where one-on-one coaching might be better? If you are injury prone, new to running or speed, are training for a new distance, or want constant feedback or support in your training.

Initial 45 minute consultation call where you’ll discuss your running history, training details, and goals
Custom programming tailored to you and your training goals provided upfront
Final Surge account
One (1) email follow-up after the plan is delivered
Option to purchase pre-race consultation call to discuss race planning

Plan changes
Ongoing communication with coach
We recommend a minimum of 4-6 months of consistent running before training for a half marathon and 12 months of consistent running before training for a full marathon.
Within one business day of purchase, one of our coaches will email you to schedule the initial consultation call, request that you complete a detailed questionnaire, and provide details on how to add them as your coach in Final Surge for them to upload your training plan to your account. You will also receive a Training Plan Guide providing guidance on important topics that may arise while using your custom training plan.
