A Personal Best at 60 years old! 2:05 --> 2:01! I trusted the work that I did with Sandee. She has brought me to paces I've only dreamed of. Working with Sandee has been amazing! She challenged me with workouts that I never thought I was capable of, but were totally within my abilities. She always explained the training and was so receptive to questions. Having Sandee as my coach was like having your very own cheerleader throughout the marathon block. While I caught Covid 3 weeks before the Chicago marathon, Sandee helped me quickly pivot my training and she got me as healthy as possible to the start line. While I believe I still have better times in me ahead, I was able to PR in the marathon after 10 years at 50 years old! Sandee was very instrumental in helping me achieve this goal and recovery appropriately so I can keep enjoying running and perform my best!

I was so happy to finally be back running a marathon again after four years. Despite a more scaled back and cautious training plan due to a hip injury last fall, I was thrilled to run a 22 minute PR at Chicago a couple weeks ago. I couldn't have done that without Katherine's perfect pacing plan and encouragement throughout my training cycle. I was even able to share some miles with TSR runner Anna during the race! I felt so strong and had so much fun and can't wait to see what's next!
